Trout Stocking Report: May 3, 2019.

Dear Club Members and Guests

On Thursday May 2nd, we stocked 250 fish in the stream. The trout consisted of rainbows 14 to 15 inches and brown trout 16 to 18 inches, brook trout: 14 to 17 inches, and tiger trout: 14 to 16 inches. The bigger trout: rainbow, brown and brook trout were 20 to 22 inches.

The summer months are coming soon, please be extra careful of fishing for trout if weather conditions take a turn for the worse due to lack of rain fall and hot air-warmer water tempatures. The small mouth bass, carp and walleye fishing will be in full swing soon and a great target species to fish for at the club…

My work crew and I will be doing some stream improvements this summer. If you have free time on the weekends and would like to volunteer a few hours, your help would be greatly appreciated. Call or text my cell-phone for a weekend anyone can make it, I’ll even feed you at the pavilion.

If you have any questions or concerns about anything, especially stream conditions, please call.

Tight Lines…
